The Islamic Society of BC “dba Alhidayah Mosque” sincerely apologize for the disturbance and noises caused by our food bank crowd on Friday May 22, 2020 between 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM. Such nuisances and harm to our respectful neighbors are not acceptable by us at all and as per our Islamic teachings.
We are currently reviewing how to leverage this critical community program during this time of covid-19 pandemic and at the same time ensuring that future food bank runs will not disturb our neighbors. Once again, we are deeply sorry for what happened and we assure you it will not happen again. Stay well and safe.
