Masjid Al-Hidayh is organizing iftar at the Masjid on Fridays and Saturdays during the first 20 nights of Ramadan (1443H) then after it will be every night in the last 10 nights. You definitely can’t miss out on giving iftar this Ramadan and multiply your fasts as The Prophet (saw) said, ‘Whoever feeds a person breaking his fast will earn the same reward as him/her, without anything being lessened from the reward of the fasting person’
Some of us can not afford to host big iftar dinners that doesn’t mean we have to miss out on the rewards of providing iftar even if it is only for one person. The Messenger of Allah (saw) said, ‘(O people!) Save yourselves from the Fire even if it is with half a date, and if you cannot find that, then (save yourselves by saying) a good word’. [Muslim]
