PUBLIC NOTICE AND RELEASE OF PHOTOGRAPHY AND VIDEOGRAPHY
By entering this property, attending an event, or participating in a program at this Masjid (the “Premises”), you are entering an area where photography, audio, and video recording may occur.
Your entry and presence on the Premises constitutes your consent, and consent on behalf of your children, to be photographed, filmed, and/or otherwise recorded and to the release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction of any, and all, recorded media of your and your children’s appearance, voice, and name for any purpose whatsoever in perpetuity in connection with the Masjid Alhidayah, Islamic Society of BC, and its initiatives, including but not limited to, use on websites, in social media, news and advertising.
BY ENTERING THE PREMISES, YOU WAIVE, FOREVER RELEASE AND DISCHARGE , ON YOUR AND YOUR CHILDREN’S BEHALF, MASJID ALHIDAYAH, ISLAMIC SOCIETY OF BC, ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, STAFF, AND VOLUNTEERS FROM ANY CLAIMS YOU OR YOUR CHILDREN MAY HAVE RELATED TO THE USE OF RECORDED MEDIA OF YOU OR YOUR CHILDREN AT THE EVENT, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY RIGHT TO INSPECT OR APPROVE THE PHOTO, VIDEO, OR AUDIO RECORDING OF YOU OR OF YOUR CHILDREN, ANY CLAIMS FOR INVASION OF PRIVACY, VIOLATION OF THE RIGHT OF PUBLICITY, DEFAMATION, AND COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT, OR FOR ANY FEES FOR USE OF SUCH RECORD MEDIA.
You understand that all photography, videography, and/or recording will be done in reliance on this consent. If you do not agree to the foregoing, please do not enter the Premises.
ABSOLUTELY NO UNAUTHORIZED PHOTOGRAHY AND VIDEOGRAPHY
Any attendee or visitor MUST NOT take any photograph and/or video at the Premises unless expressly permitted by the Management. Violators will be asked to immediately delete such photograph and video, may be subject to confiscation of their device, and may be asked to leave the Premises.
